✥ Sensor Calibration Procedure? +
Complete commissioning after the basin, countertop and surrounding accessories are installed. The microprocessor automatically adapts its detection zone, while the sensing field can be adjusted where required for reliable commercial activation.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the water supply before final connection, verify secure DN15 connections, inspect the built-in strainer for debris, and confirm stable dynamic pressure before commissioning the electronic solenoid valve.
◯ Flow Rate Verification? +
Verify approximately 2.2 GPM through the standard mesh aerator under normal operating conditions. Restricted output should be checked against the aerator, filtration, supply piping and available dynamic water pressure.
↻ Continuous Water Flow Diagnostics? +
Clean the infrared sensor window, remove reflective objects from the sensing zone, verify stable electrical power, and inspect the 6-volt magnet-latching solenoid if water does not shut off correctly.

Serviceability is where the Bravat makes a particularly strong facilities case. A built-in cleanable strainer protects the solenoid from debris, while diagnostic indicators assist with power, battery, and valve troubleshooting. The faucet also combines vandal-resistant brass construction, adjustable sensing, AC110V/DC6V operation, a water-resistant solenoid enclosure, 10–125 psi compatibility, and an adjustable 30-second shutoff. Chrome will show spotting under hard-water conditions, but that is routine housekeeping. For high-traffic installations, accessible diagnostics and component protection are more valuable than decorative complexity.

During several large-scale hospitality and healthcare restroom modernization projects completed between 2022 and 2024, we replaced older touchless faucets that had become increasingly unreliable due to unstable infrared calibration, premature solenoid wear, and inconsistent shutoff timing under heavy daily usage.The Bravat Sensor faucet delivered a substantially more dependable long-term performance profile. Its intelligent infrared sensor maintained accurate hand detection with minimal false activations, while the advanced energy-saving control system consistently regulated water flow timing even during continuous commercial operation. The solid brass construction, ceramic valve assembly, and water-resistant solenoid enclosure also proved far more durable than many competing sensor faucet systems we had previously maintained. What stood out most operationally was the consistency across multiple facilities. Battery efficiency remained strong, sensor recalibration requirements were minimal, and the chrome finish resisted spotting, corrosion, and surface wear despite aggressive cleaning schedules. Compared to earlier commercial touchless fixtures installed in the same environments, the significantly reduced maintenance interruptions while improving overall restroom reliability and hygiene performance.
